INSTALLATION
HINT:
- Use the same procedure for the LH side and RH side.
- The procedure listed below is for the RH side.
1. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ANCHOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Align the rear seat outer belt anchor bracket positioning claw with the hole, and install the rear seat outer belt anchor bracket with the 2 bolts. Torque: 42 N·m (428 kgf·cm, 31 ft·lbf) |
2. INSTALL REAR ROOF NO. 1 AIR DUCT (for RH Side)

(a) Install the rear roof No. 1 air duct with the 3 clips. |
3. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH
|
(a) Align the claws on the body with the rear No. 2 seat outer belt retractor positioning holes. |
(b) Install the rear No. 2 seat outer belt with the 2 bolts.
HINT:
First install bolt A, and then install bolt B.
- for Bolt A
Torque: 8.0 N·m (82 kgf·cm, 71 in·lbf)
- for Bolt B
Torque: 42 N·m (428 kgf·cm, 31 ft·lbf)

(c) Install the shoulder anchor to the rear seat outer belt anchor bracket with the nut. Torque: 42 N·m (428 kgf·cm, 31 ft·lbf) |
4. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE
|
(a) Install the rear seat shoulder belt guide with the 2 screws. Torque: 8.0 N·m (82 kgf·cm, 71 in·lbf) |
5. INSTALL QUARTER SIDE SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)
6. INSTALL REAR SIDE NO. 1 AIR DUCT (for RH Side)
7. INSTALL COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)
8. INSTALL QUARTER TRIM BRACKET RH (for RH Side)
9. INSTALL POWER BACK DOOR UNIT ASSEMBLY (w/ Power Back Door)
10. INSTALL POWER BACK DOOR ROD (w/ Power Back Door)
11. INSTALL CURTAIN SHIELD AIRBAG ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Install the curtain shield airbag assembly
